Peters mk1 GP LWB

Next up is Peters freshly built buggy using an original 70's LWB GP shell



The fully restored shell is bolted to a '75 chassis with an adjustable front beam, new brake lines throughout and painted in battleship grey



Weller 8 spokes at each corner, 6" on the fronts and 7" on the rear wrapped in 195/55/15 and 9.50/60/15 rubber



A stock 1300cc with 009, tin painted in metal flake grey to match the body stripe, dual cannons and some nice shiney dress up pieces



Sweet looking buggy, tough looking stance, fingers crossed for a hot and sunny English summer!

Marks "Rampant Touch" Volksrod

Next up is Marks Volksrod Buggy, Colour is a cool shade of VW Arctic White. Brought back to its former glory over the past 3 years including a full body off rebuild



6x15 and 10x15 chrome wheels, recently recovered Corbeau Classic seats, custom fabricated twin hoop out of stainless steel



The name "RAMPANT TOUCH" is created out of using modern VW Badge letters and it was given the name by my girlfriend Kerry



Fully chromed and blinged 1600cc twinport and Consul Capri 315 rear lights



Fabulous work by Mark and the end result is one cool buggy!

Robbs Invader

Here is Robbs 1955 floor paned buggy, 9 months in the making, everything has been replaced apart from the chassis spine

The body is believed to be from 1976, one of the first to be made in the UK
1641cc motor fuelled by a single dual 40 carb. The twin teardrop rear lights look great


Just a trip to the MOT station then Robbs buggy is set for the summer
Once again a great looking buggy!

Martins FibreFab SWB Rat

Next up is Martins FF SWB Rat buggy, running on Revolution 5 spokes with 265/50/15 on the rear and 215/60/15 on the front, disks on the front and uprated cylinders on the rear



A nicely detailed 1641cc motor with twin weber 40idfs



Future plans are to include a full respray and a fuel injection system.

Daves '70 SWB Manx

Buggy Guru Dave sent me some photos of his 1970 based Manx



Manx body and sidepods in Chartreuse Metalflake, Hunsacker vinyl bucket seats, Grant 12 1/2"steering wheel, Scat shifter, Meyers Manx roll-bar, 16" windscreen by Dino's, Sabelt harnesses



8 1/2 x 15 and 6 x 14 Wolfrace slotmags fittedwith 255/60x15 and 195/60x14 tyres via Cal Customwheel adapters



1679cc twinport with Engle W110 cam, Kadron/Solex 40 twin carbs. Manx Sidewinder exhaust

Scotts '71 SWB Hustler

Next buggy up is Scotts recently completed '71 SWB Hustler



Fitted with an East Coast Manx opening bonnet

Colins GT LWB Buggy

Here we have Colins GT LWB buggy still under construction..



Fully rebuilt chassis, running on wide 5 drums and BRMs



Featuring a brand new GT Mouldings black body



Engine is out at the moment undergoing a overhaul and a freshen up.
